Nature One auf der Raketenbasis Pydna bei Kastellaun ist dagegen meist nur Eingeweihten der elektronischen Tanzmusik bekannt. Das ist schon etwas verwunderlich denn das Festival ist mit knapp 50.000 Besuchern nach Rock am Ring das zweitgrösste in Deutschland. Wie jedes Jahr (
Rezi 2005) erscheint pünktlich zum Festival eine Doppel-CD mit exklusiven Tracks, die einen Überblick über die Dancefloor Szene gibt. Da finden sich bekannte Namen wie Mylo feat. Freeform Five („Musclecar“), Paul Van Dyk (“The Other Side”), The Disco Boys (“B-B-B-Baby”), Blank & Jones (“Catch You”), Tiësto pres. Allure (“The Love We Lost”), Northern Lite (“Cocaine”), Sven Väth vs. Rother (“Komm”), ATB (“Summer Rain”), Lexy & K-Paul (“Ghost”), Tocadisco (“Music Loud”) wie auch unbekanntes und unerhörtes. Die Promo-CD bietet nur einen Ausschnitt aus der Doppel-CD und man hat sich leider bei der Musikauswahl nur auf den kommerziellen "
Dancefloor" konzentriert und wenig experimentelles dazwischen. Aber anhand der Trackliste kann ich den Sampler dennoch den Freunden elektronischer Tanzmusik empfehlen.
Und wer sich jetzt fragt, was der Sad Old Goth mit Techno zu tun hat, dem sei gesagt, dass EBM, Industrial, Techno und Trance gar nicht soweit auseinander liegen.... von den Klamotten mal abgesehen.
